REFUND POLICY: Due to the nature of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you the best way we can.  Our Refund Policy is Non-Negotiable! 

PICK-UP ORDERS 

Pine Hill, NJ Location:

• Pick-up hours are Monday - Friday, 5pm - 8pm
• Times are subject to change & are based on availability of staff and/or products.
• Desired pick-up time MUST be specified @ check-out
• Pick-Up Address provided when order is complete @ Check out

Philadelphia, PA  Location:

• Pick-Up hours are Tuesday - Thursday, 3pm - 8:30pm
• Times are subject to change & are based on availability of staff and/or products.
• Desired pick-up time MUST be specified @ check-out
• Pick up Address will be provided when order is received.

SHIPPING:

• No Minimum order Required
• Please allow 2-3 BUSINESS days for shipping to be sent out. Tracking numbers will be provided.
• $10 Priority Shipping for all orders under $200 (excluding orders with drinks)
• $17 Priority Shipping for all orders over $200 & orders including drinks
• If the incorrect shipping option is selected, this will delay your shipping or your order may be canceled.
• FREE SHIPPING for orders over $300+ 
• DURING THE SUMMER AND WARMER WEATHER - We RECOMMEND NOT SHIPPING: Gummies, Candy, Cheesecake bites, Pudding or cake pops. These items could melt due to the HIGH temps. If you choose to have these items shipped, you take FULL responsibility of the state the product is in once you receive it.
• We do not ship Cakes, the Giant Cupcake or any savory food items at ANYTIME.
•  Cupcakes are always shipping with icing on the side.

SPECIAL ORDERS:

• 3-5 Days + notice for all orders under $200
• 7 Day + notice for all orders over $200
• An 15% Gratuity/Service Fee is applied to ALL orders
• We currently are only preparing Special orders on Saturday, Sunday & Mondays. If you need to request Pick UP/Shipping for a special order for any day outside of those days listed, a convenience fee is applied to your order.
• Availability for Special orders vary & on a first come first serve basis. 
• To inquire about a special order request please fill out our form - CONTACT US NOW
• All special orders must be paid via Invoice that will be sent to you via Email/Text. PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF ORDER. Invoice is valid for 8 hrs from receipt. If Invoice payment is not received with in 8 hrs, inquire is canceled.
• Payment Options: 
  • Paypal Invoice  (PREFERRED METHOD) Please note : You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to make payment via Invoice.
  • Cash App & Venmo are also accepted. If using this option, please put "Donation or Gift" in the subject bar
• Your order is not confirmed/secured without full payment.
• If you are requesting your order outside of the Special Order time frame OR Request pick up on a Weekday, a rush/convenience fee of $35 is applied.
