SPECIAL ORDERS:

ALL PRODUCTS ARE FOR ADULT CONSUMPTION ONLY!

• 3-5 Days + notice for all orders under $200
• 7 Day + notice for all orders over $200
• An 15% Gratuity/Service Fee is applied to ALL orders
• We currently are only preparing Special orders on Saturday, Sunday & Mondays. If you need to request Pick UP/Shipping for a special order for any day outside of those days listed, a convenience fee is applied to your order.
• Availability for Special orders vary & on a first come first serve basis. 
• All special orders must be paid via Invoice that will be sent to you via Email/Text. PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF ORDER. Invoice is valid for 8 hrs from receipt. If Invoice payment is not received with in 8 hrs, inquire is canceled.
• Payment Options: 
  • Paypal Invoice  (PREFERRED METHOD) Please note : You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to make payment via Invoice.
  • Cash App & Venmo are also accepted. If using this option, please put "Donation or Gift" in the subject bar
• Your order is not confirmed/secured without full payment.
• If you are requesting your order outside of the Special Order time frame OR Request pick up on a Weekday, a rush/convenience fee of $35 is applied.
• REFUND POLICY:  Due to the nature of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you the best way we can.  Our Refund Policy is Non-Negotiable!  
• DELIVERY: (When available)
  • We offer delivery for orders over $400
  • We deliver up to 50 miles from our Pine Hill, NJ location
  • Delivery fee: Under 15 Miles - $30  |  16 miles - 50 miles - $2.50 Per miles
• SHIPPING:
  • $10 - Orders under $100
  • $20 - Orders over $100
  • $20 - ALL Cake, Cupcake orders, and Party pans orders 
• OVERNIGHT SHIPPING:
  • We strongly recommend overnight shipping for ALL Cake, Cupcake orders and Party pans. During the Summer (or hot weather) Icing is served on the side. 
  • $25-$40 - Depends on size of order
